Both commercial and residential contracts or projects are 100% Interest free if you opt in and are approved for payments options; limited warranty comes with all completed site work for both residential and commercial projects. Full warranty is optional, and every one of our projects are insured via Hartford Insurance Company. As a non-denominational based business, we offer services to all, as in any race, belief, gender, political views etc., one contract at a time, one project at a time, one measurement at a time maintaining positive relationships with all of our associates to this day, one client at a time.We fulfill your outdoor biophilia, biomimicry, or other architectural interest. We often create digital and freehand drafts or recreate what is asked by our clients as a demonstration so they can visualize what we see and we never ask for a payment for projects that have not been established, signed, or contracted, nor do we add extra charges and cost unless the client(s) request additional services.

The founder of Modern Designs of Texas started as a young man around the age 9 for a handful of neighbors, city officials, family members and former teachers between his weekends and free time after school molding what is known as today's key features to providing crafted business characteristics and professional insight to understand each and every clients in-depth properties managerial outlook as closely as possible, no job is too small or contingent and almost no job is exactly the same. He has furthered his understandings m of and related to stratigraphy, dendrology, phytosociology and so many more areas from pedology to etiology which is just scratching the surface of his research not to mention (again) his enthusiasm for architecture and the rooted history that molds our homes and municipalities.

Modern Designs of Texas specializes in landscape design, which is broader than it sounds—more than just unloading aggregate that match your property color palate, installing a perimeter for privacy, or planting vegetation in groups or patterns; we do not specialize in all of landscaping related branches, but we take our professionalism a lot further than just selling labor.

What is modern architecture?

Modernism—less is more, or as “Robert Charles Venturi Jr” would say; “less is bore” yet it is the birth of contemporary, something else and very similar that has and will continue to change the view around us as it has since the early 19th century; modern is the reinforced concrete throughout your office buildings, residence, schools or driveways, modern is structural functionalism. Interior fascinations and exterior foundations; the geometric rain water systems, the polyhedra “shoebox” apartments, the contemporary fibonacci designs we can all admit we have admired a time or two before, all rooted from the “Industrial Revolution” that paved and encouraged the engineering, science, technological advancements in building materials to this day in age. It hits harder to those who really see the structures from the Mesoamerica era still standing today without the modernized engineering like the 51° pyramids from Giza all to replicate the mountains that reach for the heavens.
